Dr Shailesh Lavana is a haematologist, haemato-oncologist and BMT Physician

at Kailash Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Vadodara, Gujarat. He holds a DM in Clinical

haematology from CMC, Vellore and specializes in the comprehensive management of both

benign (non-cancer) and malignant blood diseases. He administers chemotherapy, targeted

therapy, and immunotherapy and performs bone marrow transplants for a wide range of

benign (non-cancerous) and malignant blood disorders.

He has presented both poster and oral presentations at major national and international

conferences. He has publications in journals and has delivered talks at national and

international conferences. He has also authored a review article in peer-reviewed journal. He

has played a key role various clinical trials, both as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator.
