Quality Policy
Our unwavering commitment to quality is demonstrated through active participation and excellence in External Quality Assessment Schemes (EQAS) organized by prestigious institutions such as ISHTM-AIIMS EQAP, RIQAS, MPQAP, NCG-EQAS, and IAMM-EQAS. In addition, robust Internal Quality Programs are in place to continuously monitor and enhance laboratory processes and outcomes.
Our Laboratory Information System (LIS) integrates seamlessly with the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), ensuring automated data entry, reduced manual errors, real-time updates, consistent documentation, faster turnaround times, and efficient interdepartmental coordination.
Academic Excellence – Oncopathology Fellowship
Our department also serves as a center for advanced learning. We offer a two-year full-time Oncopathology Fellowship Program, designed to provide in-depth training in diagnostic oncopathology. Fellows receive hands-on exposure to a wide array of cancer specimens, immunohistochemistry, molecular diagnostics, and multidisciplinary tumor board discussions. The program is aimed at nurturing skilled oncopathologists who are equipped to meet the growing demands of cancer diagnostics in India and beyond.
